These Terms & Conditions govern catering services, in-store purchases, and general use of Ravello’s Coffee services.

Ravello’s Coffee Catering Terms & Conditions

By completing the booking process, checking the acceptance box, and submitting payment, the client (“Client”) acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking, Acceptance & Payment

A completed booking form, acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, and required payment are necessary to secure an event date. Events are not confirmed until payment is received.

For events booked more than 14 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required to reserve the date. Events booked within 14 days require full payment at the time of invoicing. Final payment is due no later than 7 days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.

  • More than 7 days prior to the event:
    The Client may cancel for a full refund or reschedule the event at no additional cost, subject to availability.

  • Within 7 days of the event:
    The Client may reschedule the event one time at no additional cost, subject to availability. A refund may still be issued at Ravello’s Coffee’s discretion.

  • Within 48 hours of the event:
    The Client may reschedule the event one time, subject to availability. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within this window.

Rescheduled events must take place within a reasonable timeframe and are subject to Ravello’s Coffee’s availability.

3. Guest Count & Service Expectations

Pricing and service preparation are based on the number of baristas and service stations required for the estimated guest count and service duration provided by the Client during the booking process.

  • If attendance is significantly higher than the estimated guest count, Ravello’s Coffee will make reasonable efforts to serve additional guests within the scheduled service window; however, service to all guests is not guaranteed.

  • If attendance is lower than the estimated guest count, no refunds or credits will be issued.

4. Event Details & Finalization

All event details—including date, time, location, estimated guest count, service duration, and menu selections—must be finalized no later than 5 days prior to the event. Changes requested after this point may not be accommodated and may result in additional fees.

5. Power & Utilities Requirement

The Client is responsible for providing a reliable standard electrical power source at the event location unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ravello’s Coffee does not provide power sources, generators, or guaranteed access to outlets. Failure to provide adequate power at the time of service may prevent equipment from operating and render the event unable to be served. In such cases, the event will be considered fulfilled and no refunds will be issued.

6. Service Time & Setup

Service time includes setup and breakdown unless otherwise stated. Our team typically arrives approximately one hour prior to the scheduled start time to prepare for service.

Events exceeding the agreed-upon service window may incur additional charges.

7. Equipment & Service Continuity

Ravello’s Coffee uses high-quality coffee equipment. While uncommon, unforeseen technical issues may occur.

If equipment performance is temporarily interrupted:

  • Our team will promptly attempt to resolve the issue on-site.

  • Service time may be extended, when possible, to help fulfill the intended guest experience.

  • If a disruption materially impacts service and cannot be reasonably resolved, Ravello’s Coffee may offer a partial credit or future service credit, at our discretion.

Ravello’s Coffee is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by equipment issues, power failure, venue limitations, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

8. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing reasonable access to the event location, including load-in access, adequate space for service, and any required permits or venue approvals. Ravello’s Coffee is not responsible for service limitations caused by venue restrictions or third-party interference.

9. Weather & Force Majeure

For outdoor events, the Client assumes responsibility for weather-related risks. Ravello’s Coffee is not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, power outages, emergencies, or government restrictions.

10. Damage & Liability

The Client assumes responsibility for any damage to Ravello’s Coffee equipment caused by event guests, vendors, or venue staff. Ravello’s Coffee is not responsible for damage to venue property unless caused by gross negligence.

11. Food & Beverage Policy

All beverages are prepared and served by Ravello’s Coffee staff. Outside food or beverage integration into our service requires prior written approval.

12. Photography & Marketing

Ravello’s Coffee may photograph or record portions of the event for marketing purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.

14. Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box during booking and submitting payment, the Client confirms agreement to these Coffee Catering Terms & Conditions.

Ravello’s Coffee — Coffee Shop Terms & Conditions

By purchasing products, using our services, or visiting our premises, customers agree to the following Coffee Shop Terms & Conditions.

1. Product Availability

All menu items are subject to availability. Ravello’s Coffee reserves the right to modify menu offerings, pricing, or product availability at any time without prior notice.

2. Payments

We accept payment methods as displayed in-store and online. All transactions are processed securely through approved payment processors.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of food and beverage service, all sales are final. If an order was prepared incorrectly or does not meet expected quality standards, please notify our team promptly so we may remake the item when appropriate.

4. Customer Conduct

We strive to maintain a welcoming and safe environment for guests and staff. Ravello’s Coffee reserves the right to refuse service to individuals engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Allergies & Dietary Considerations

Customers are responsible for informing staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to ordering. While we take reasonable precautions, our kitchen and preparation areas handle common allergens, and cross-contact may occur.

6. Wi-Fi Usage

Complimentary Wi-Fi may be provided for customer convenience. Use of the network must comply with all applicable laws. Ravello’s Coffee is not responsible for data security, personal device protection, or interruptions in connectivity.

7. Liability

Ravello’s Coffee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings within the premises, except where required by law.

8. Photography & Marketing

Photographs or video recordings taken within the café may occasionally be used for marketing purposes. Guests who prefer not to appear in marketing materials may notify staff.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.

10. Acceptance
